Picked up a Lensbaby Composer and am learning to shoot it. I have several Nikkor PC-E lenses and love them, but not always able to lug them around or keep them in a belt pouch at a wedding. I have seen some great work from Tony Sweet and Kevin Kubota, to name just a few, on the Lensbaby website so I wanted to give these a try.
So, here are some feeble first attempts at some creative shots using the new tool.
The Varsity is a famous hamburger and hot dog joint in Atlanta near Georgia Tech and in Athens near UGA. The one in Atlanta has been around since 1928 and is a regionally famous place to get good food that is murder on your diet.

Some weeds that I shot while out on a walk with Max. I had the f/5.6 aperture disk in the Lensbaby.

This is Max, the super schnauzer. He is such a smart little guy and I like the creative effect the Lensbaby produced on this image - it was what I was going for. Instead of putting the sweet spot on Max's head, I put it on the ground in front of him.
